At MIUR ART, every order is carefully packaged and shipped in an organized manner to ensure a safe, pleasant, and luxurious shopping experience from the moment you choose your jewelry until it reaches you.

Shipping Cost

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is up to 14 business days from the order confirmation date.

We ensure that every piece of jewelry is prepared, inspected, and packaged to a high standard before shipping. Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an update including shipping details and a tracking number.

Business days do not include weekends, holiday eves, and holidays. In the case of a custom-designed order or special adjustments, the delivery time may vary, and in such a case, we will inform you in advance.

Payment Options

At MIUR ART, we are committed to keeping your payment details secure.

We work with Shopify and PayPal to ensure that the payment process is safe, protected, and professional.

MIUR ART does not directly receive or store your credit card details. All payment details are processed through secure and verified clearing systems.

Cancellations

After placing an order on the MIUR ART website, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued, as the preparation and production process of the item begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

Return Policy

An item can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, with valid proof of purchase.

In such a case, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

If an item is received damaged or defective, it can be returned to us for repair or replacement.

You must notify us of the defect immediately upon receipt of the item and send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Upon receipt of the item at our workshop, we will repair or replace it and return it to the customer within 30 days of its arrival to us.

In the event of a damaged product received, the return shipping cost will be borne by MIUR ART.

Customs and Import Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in the destination country.

MIUR ART is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, import inspections, or handling by local authorities.
